Project: LineDirector 3
LineDirector 3 was a machine vision application to manage production lines for large pharma companies. It required speed, accuracy, reliablility and modularity.
I worked on its foundations for 6 months until it's MVP was deemed viable. Then a teasm of engineers was formed to build tthe product and I became team lead.
During my time installing this software I travelled to Cognex headquarters in Germany, and to other subsidiary factories in northern Italy.
